Refund & Return Policy – Nestron Essentials

At Nestron Essentials, we aim to provide high-quality home essentials and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged items (unless delivered damaged).

2. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days.

  • Refund will be made via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / Jazz Cash (as agreed).

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for:

    • Defective items

    • Wrong product delivered

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer, unless:

    • Item is defective

    • Wrong item was delivered

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
