• Within Same City (Muridwala, Mamonkanjan road):
  Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days.
• Other Cities & Provinces in Pakistan:
  Delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on location.

2. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or informed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

5. Delivery Delays

• Delivery may be delayed due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier issues
  • Public holidays

6. Incorrect Address

• Please make sure your address is correct.
